Sling Shot

So today was my first day of first aid training! We covered CPR, various wounds/dressings, how to react to a first aid situation, choking, and all sorts of things.

Really interesting and I'm really enjoying it, although there's a lot to pick up. Doing the course until Thursday, when there's a written and practical test. Argh!!

When I got home I cooked dinner for David, Katy, Helen and Stu. I cooked a gorgeous Sunday dinner on a Monday, then bandaged everyone up for practice. Stuart had cut the palm of his hand, how silly of him!
